Types of Inspection
Factory Auditing
From compliance to production capacity, we thoroughly check the capability of the factory for you to ensure it is a good fit.
When will it happen: Before placing an order or regular factory compliance check
What is performed: Depending on the objective, our inspectors will audit the factory on the ethical, structural, environmental technical aspects, certificates and manufacturing capabilities.
Objective: To verify the factory is genuine, compliant and fits your needs.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Most commonly used method to stop defect products before loading into the container.
When will it happen: After production and packaging is finished, before loading.
What is performed: Inspecting the package strength, product appearance, testing the product functions and safety features.
Objective: Draw samples from the batch and thoroughly test every aspect of the product, spot defects and stop the problems from getting to the buyers.
During Production Check
Inspection during the critical process, keeping production on track and discovering problems in early stage
When will it happen: During the production run. When the critical step starts.
What is performed: Checking if the progress is on track. According to the required quality standard, thoroughly check the production procedure and the semi-products.
Objective: Ensuring the progress in on track, discovering problems in early stage and eliminate before it is too late.
Prototype Inspection
Thoroughly checking the prototype before mass production. Providing benchmarks for production and future inspections.
When will it happen: After the very first prototype is made, before production
What is performed: Checking the package, size, function and everything needed.
Objective: Ensuring the prototype meets all the requirements and provide a guidance for future production and inspections.
Container Loading Supervision
On-site supervision to ensure your order is completely and correctly loaded
When will it happen: Same time as goods gets loaded into the containers.
What is performed: Loading quantity, handling of the goods and loading methods.
Objective: Ensuring the amount, order and handling method is correct during the loading.
