Garden Furniture
Inspection focuses on weather resistance against UV, rain, and temperature changes, along with structural stability and load-bearing capacity. Material durability for wicker, teak, aluminum, or steel must be verified, including rust protection on metal parts. Cushion drainage and fabric fading resistance are checked, as well as assembly accuracy and hardware torque.
Indoor Furniture
Indoor furniture is very complicated in terms of the material. There are multiple types of timber & leather. This results in a complete different level of complication comparing to garden furniture. But we will have you covered. The structure, safety, assembly and finish is equally important as well.
Toilet
Checks cover flush performance, water consumption according to WaterSense criteria, crack resistance in the ceramic body, glaze smoothness, and leak‑proof seals at tank‑to‑bowl and waste outlet connections. Seat hinge strength, lid fit, stain resistance, and surface gloss uniformity are additionally inspected.
Bathtub
The bathtub is examined for surface gloss, thickness, scratch resistance, structural rigidity under water load, and drain seal integrity through leak testing. Slip resistance of the bottom surface, material consistency across acrylic, cast iron, or composite, and resistance to cleaning chemicals are verified.
Mirror Cabinet
Inspection verifies mirror flatness, distortion‑free reflection, edge polishing safety to avoid sharp edges, and cabinet material moisture resistance. Hinge fatigue life, door alignment, backing sheet adhesion, locking mechanism function, and safe wall‑mounting hardware are assessed.
Faucet & Shower Head
Checks include leak‑free performance under varying pressure, plating adhesion verified by salt spray or ASS testing, cartridge smoothness and cycle life, and lead content compliance with international standards. Flow rate consistency, aerator function, thread accuracy, and ease of installation are also examined.
Shower Door
Verification covers tempered glass certification including shatter pattern and edge strength, sealing strip water‑tightness, and roller or hinge durability for smooth operation. Glass chipping, frame alignment, anti‑water leakage at the bottom rail, and completeness of installation hardware are inspected.
Lighting
Inspection focuses on electrical safety including grounding, insulation, and wire gauge, as well as lumen output and color temperature consistency. Thermal management, heat dissipation, surge protection, insulation resistance, compliance with UL, CE, or RoHS standards, and switch or connector durability are assessed.
Flooring
Checks include dimensional tolerance, thickness uniformity, wear layer thickness for LVT, WPC, or laminate, locking system strength for click‑together planks, slip resistance coefficient, indentation and impact resistance, and formaldehyde or VOC emissions.
Home Deco
Visual defects such as scratches, bubbles, or paint drips are inspected, along with material safety regarding sharp edges or small detachable parts. Structural integrity for glued, stitched, or fired items, painted surface adhesion, ceramic firing cracks or crazing, and packaging adequacy for fragile items are verified.
